To understand our employees’ pulse, we regularly conduct an employee connect session called PGI Connect, where our management directly interacts with the employees from different departments to understand their concerns and advise them for professional growth. We also conduct periodic meetings for all our employees to strengthen the employee-employer relationship at PGI.

Giving Back to the Community

PGI Group is committed to giving back to the community and is dedicated to actively improving the local community. We conduct several CSR events/campaigns help and support the local communities through financial support, food camps, Vaccination drive, Blood donation camp, Plant sapling and more. We conducted the largest Covid-19 vaccination in our industrial zone for all our employees, their families, vendors, suppliers and even labours around us to get them vaccinated. We vaccinated 700+ people during the vaccination drive.
