We conduct several coaching programs and monthly training sessions for our professionals to help them develop technical as well as behavioural skills. To enrich our customer experience, we conduct special training sessions for our employees on customer satisfaction and experience enhancement. We train our operations team regularly to manage yard operations with safety, efficiency and flexibility to deliver quality products. We conduct regular trainings for our blue-collar employees to help them understand the process efficiently and guide them to ensure the operations are carried out smoothly and without issues.

PGI ConnectTo understand our employees’ pulse, we regularly conduct an employee connect session called PGI Connect, where our management directly interacts with the employees from different departments to understand their concerns and advise them for professional growth. The feedback shared by our employees enables us to solve their work-related concerns and their learnings helps them grow personally as well as professionally. We also conduct periodic meetings for all our employees to strengthen the employee-employer relationship at PGI.
Giving Back to the CommunityPGI Group is committed to giving back to the community and is dedicated to actively improving the local community. We conduct several CSR events/campaigns help and support the local communities through financial support, food camps, Vaccination drive, Blood donation camp, Plant sapling and more. We conducted the largest Covid-19 vaccination in our industrial zone for all our employees, their families, vendors, suppliers and even labours around us to get them vaccinated. We vaccinated 700+ people during the vaccination drive.
